Jaxx wallet may need to improve....
Jaxx wallet is a non custodial wallet launched in 2014. Storing well over 60 cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Jaxx wallet has been in the crypto-system for a while now. My first encounter with this wallet was in 2017, and has been quite a helpful wallet though it gave me some problems. Signing up was a very easy process, no stress! The wallet is offered in both its web form and a downloadable application. I got the application from my playstore, though I have not tested itbon other operating systems. One can observe and study the various prices of coins on this wallet to understand their state of investment. The wallet though was providing users like me the prices of various coins, these prices were not up to date as comared to those on the internet. There were cases of sudden closure and stop of the app, which might hinder my ongoing transaction. In some cases, my wallet will just hang for about two minutes then restart my phone. Eventually I had to delete it, even when i contacted the support group I wasn't given valid response apart from "your request will be taken into consideration". This wallet needs to be improved before I can consider using it again.

- The transaction speed here is quite above average
- This wallet is very secure
Cons
- It contains bugs
- The application has bad customer service center
- Coins can be lost after update of wallet
