Luckily only used one time when BTC was under 4 4K so I got an exchange rate for 4.2 K per coin and I did buy point five coins cuz it's I thought this was all the Jet and everything went wrong with in a day there's nobody on this site that helps you there's no support there's nothing there's no even contacts and the only way to take care of it has to do with the whole bunch of fraud through your bank and your card that you used I highly highly highly recommend you do not waste your time doing this also to mess around I checked out a few more people that were saying they were selling btcc at the time and it happened all be the same guy within a hundred-mile radius he had about 50 accounts put down luckily he was actually caught and arrested so keep your eyes out for that do not fall for it and if you do let ic3 know about it make sure you get all the information you can on out of them before you make an actual trade like real information that is their actual real name real personal address stuff like that Facebook whatever you can good luck
