nocoin is both a wallet and an exchange. It is based in India and it is majorly for Indian. The wallet is both web based and also it is downloadable to mobile devices.
The wallet support both ethereum and Bitcoin and both can be traded with the Indian Rupee. I am particularly impressed about the fees setup. For instance, the wallet does not charge any network fee meaning that transfer in and out of the wallet is free. That's fascinating but wait till you will learn of their charges on buying and selling. They charge only 0.7% but for those that have their good membership the charges is reduced by 2%.
It is good to also learn that the wallet use cold storage to store all assets in other to protect it from hackers. Also all addresses and private keys and encrypted for best security. They also make provision for two factor authentication although it is optional.
