LTC - in the shadow of BTC
Silver as it is sometimes LTC called was planned as an innovative version of BTC. The main advanatge was its speed, how you can proceed with transactions faster than with BTC transactions with lower fees usually. It uses also different hashing algorithm and is theoreticaly more resilent to attacks and takeovers. Other technical aspects are similar such as PoW with BTC. The main problem with LTC that it was never adopted such as BTC and there were no major developments worth noting to keep the LTC in the spotlight. I am quite afraid that if it wil not evolve adn more distinguish from BTC it will collapse.
