I feel Boss. Made my first cheesecake with a springform.
The Instapot cheesecake turned out grand. I am surprised frankly. I didn't use oil but some bakers recommend such and I could see where that would help. I followed a recipe on Allrecipes with several reviews and really had no issues. A slight crack on top, but I don't blame the pan. Nice construction!
