It looks too good to be true but I had to try. My new filter was leaking 2 days after installation. I had to wipe up the water from all over the floor and also in the fridge and freezer. As I pulled out the new filter, I saw that one of the two mating rubber bumpers had come out of the groove. Compared to original Samsung pads, they are much softer/elastic than original pads. To try and get it working I replaced the old Samsung filter seals with this filter to see if it works. It's disappointing that after installation it took so long for the leak to appear so my wife found it instead of me. Update: Luckily there was no more leak. The taste of the water through this filter was different than regular filters, which I didn't like.
