I have never taken amino acids. I've only recently started taking supplements and such so I can't be the best judge but I can tell you that Purbolics claims that rainbow candies give Kool-Aid a shot at their money, they destroy Kool-Aid. Tastes great, no calories and no sugar, it's junk and it helps restore muscle growth. I'll tell you what I pretty much did with Kool-Aid. This is my new favorite drink. If you've never tried it before, it's worth investing in a one-time try because, like me, you'll fall in love with it and end up having more. I bought two of their shakers after trying this stuff. Doping.
