Looking at other reviews I feel lucky to have received a 10 year rebate on the valve that came with the faucet. But in recent months it has become increasingly difficult to turn off the tap. Unfortunately, it's time to replace the cartridge. The work itself was not so difficult, and the crane began to work again, as in a dream. However, after about three months I had trouble turning off the tap again. The? I get 3 months to replace the valve?!? I think I'll give Delta a call to see what they have to offer. Pretty disappointed that it lasted so short. They suggested that I might not have gotten a "genuine Delta" part by ordering from Revain (regardless of the fact that it came in Delta packaging) and sent a replacement. Update from Delta: Well, Delta's replacement lasted a few months longer. than that of Revain. But it's dripping again. I feel like I bought a faucet with an annual subscription - do I really need to buy a new cartridge every year? Too bad they took what used to last a lifetime - with new o-rings here and there - and replaced them with this one!
