I like how easy it is to navigate, and how efficient everything is. The reports are very detailed, which allow for better patient care. The ability to easily send reports via email makes it simple for the doctor to view when they are away from their computer or phone. The app doesn't always work properly when using the website. Sometimes if you're in the middle of writing something, then click a new page, it will disappear from your screen. I would say the initial setup is the most difficult part. It can be a little confusing at first, but after reading all of the information sent to you by the support team, it becomes much easier. We have been able to streamline our workflow so that we do not loose files anymore. We also have been able to create a more comprehensive database.
