Would give a 5 star rating as I already have 4 of these locks but the last 2 they sent me were faulty. The locks seem to have changed in the last 6 months with a slightly different OS too. So not sure if they were sourced externally but quality control fell apart as two were faulty (didn't even work right away) and the third worked but had loose parts which I reattached. When you get one that works, they're amazing.
