For those who utilize the Aqara (HomeKit) smart home, I'll describe how to rapidly attach the sensor. Although the room and location of the sensor can be modified later in the DOM application, you must open the box and install the sensor in the area where you intend to use it in order to connect. To activate search mode on your hub (I have an Aqara-hub-M1S), quickly push five buttons five times. Go to the leakage sensor and firmly push the "droplet" until the indicator begins blinking blue (5 seconds after the hub "gurgles" about looking for devices). Then, release the button. The hub will announce that the device has been paired after a short while (approximately 5 to 10 seconds). After that, you must test the sensor's functionality by submerging it in a saucer or sink of water. The sensor will function, and details about it, including its series, number, software, and charge level, will be displayed in the HOUSE. Repeat the procedures with the hub and the other sensors to link them. The hub will notify you that the device is untied if you click on the "droplet" until it begins blinking and then reset or untie the sensor. You can program the HomeKit app (and possibly other applications as well) to automatically turn on/set off alarms in the event of a leak. I configured the alarm on the hub, the light in my bedroom to turn on, and the HomePod to play noises. The bedside lamp switched on, the HomePod started to play the sound of the river, and the Hub made a noise after he showed his wife where the sensors were and wet one of them. An alert regarding a leak (like something squeaked on the iPhone) appeared on the Apple Watch. Great!)))) We keep growing the smart home.
