I like how easy it was for our customers when they called in, or had questions about their payment plans/contracts with us (the customer service reps) to be able to see what we offered instead of having them go through each one individually! It's such an inconvenience if you have over 100 different companies who offer similar services as yours!! Also some fields are not required by other providers so sometimes clients can get confused which provider has been selected - this leads into calls from those same types of people being transferred multiple times since all seem convinced your system should work better than theirs does :( This doesn't happen at every place but enough where its frustrating for both parties involved :) The biggest thing i don't really dislike too much. But there needs to be more ways of connecting users' phones directly within kunect itself rather then requiring another software download /installation etc.. That would make using everything together seamless without needing 3rd party apps! Great platform though great.
