Works well, long cable is convenient
I use them in some home temperature sensors, both indoors and outdoors. Three are used in my heated outdoor cat house for our sadly free-roaming cat. I measure air temperature, bed heater and ambient temperature in the cat house and it just works. I have a lot of experience with 1-Wire devices and in this case I'm using an ESP8266 with paid firmware to send data once a minute. Works for 9 months without any problems.
