Easy navigation between screens makes it very easy for us as front desk staff members (and patients)to find what they are looking at without having them look up which screen has their chart/appointment etc! Not many "bells & whistles" but its simplicity was exactly how we needed our office software suite - no frills just functionality!! We have used several different practices' ERP suites since going digital so this fit perfectly into ours when switching from an On Demand product like QuickBooks Online where there were too much bells n whistle's cluttering everything down stream. I like that it is easy to use and that it is very user friendly. I also like that it is very customizable. I dislike that it can be a little slow at times. It is a great software that I am able to use in my practice. I can keep track of all of my appointments and I can easily see what I have done in the last month.
