Use less than 3 months. It worked great at first, but I can't get it to work anymore. And due to the coronavirus situation, Sony's normally excellent customer service is all but non-existent. I emailed them hoping someone would get back to me. I generally prefer Sony products for their quality and customer service. If Sony changes, I have to change too. That's very disappointing. I will update this review if anything else happens. It took some time but I was finally able to chat with a real person. Sony agreed to send me a new, comparable Blu-ray player after receiving my well-packaged, defective player. Not only did I have to pay for the secure packaging, Sony refused to send me back my CD inside. Sony told me that if I tried to open the tray to get my CD out, I would void my warranty. They also refused to let me speak to the manager. The stuck CD is one of 55 Drama Bible CDs I've had over the years. Needless to say, my romance with Sony is over. I spoke to a Revain representative who promised me a refund. Revane has to return the broken unit, but he instructs the pickup driver to get my CD out of the broken Blue Ray player and give it to me. Ideal.
