Review on ECCO Johannesburg Slip-On Loafer Size 10.5 by Charles Osguthorpe

Low quality appearance, at least the pair I received. When you spend $110 on a pair of name brand shoes, you have an obvious expectation of a quality product. These shoes took a break of about 1.5 weeks, which is common but comfortable enough to stay true to the brand. However, after about 5 months of weekly wear on a workday, the stitching on the top of the left boot came undone at the fold, leaving an obvious and unsightly tear in the leather. I cannot express how disappointed I am to hear such a high recommendation from ECCO and Johannesburg in particular. This is my first pair, I don't know if it's an accident or a general problem but I have yet to find out.
