Best $13 I've ever spent on a computer. My late 2008 Unibody MacBook Pro was almost sent to the closet due to its age. It was too slow to do anything useful and I thought it was game over. After reading some reviews on Revain that the RAM upgrade made a big impact on others in a similar situation, I decided to give it a try. There was a question about going with 4GB or 8GB (the latter seems to be supported by the firmware update I have on my MBP) but since my computer is 8 years old I decided to go with 4 restrict GB. The difference was day and night. My MBP has been given a whole new life, it is very comfortable to use and together with the new battery (easy to replace on this model) is now being used again on a daily basis with great comfort. I highly recommend this upgrade, especially for the price, if you need DDR3 1066MHz RAM on a slightly dated (but by no means dated) computer.
