The product has become unusable

The Dorfman wiper arm was not impressed. It looked fine when I got it, but when I removed the wiper arm assembly from my 1999 Blazer, I noticed that it was grooved to keep the arm from slipping. The Dorfman arm didn't have the grooves that secure the wiper arm to the engine, and once installed, it began to slip. Sent back a new Dorfman wiper arm and tried to bend the old wiper arm. It worked and the wiper blade wipes away the rain as it should.
