We use their software to help us manage our client portfolio and to track our sales leads and prospects. Our clients also love it because they can create customized reports easily and export the report into excel or PDF format. However, we recently switched from their previous platform to another and now we're finding that their new software is quite difficult to navigate. For example, the dashboard interface is difficult to navigate. In addition, the templates for lead tracking are confusing. Also, the template for sales tracking is somewhat confusing, since it is not intuitively obvious where to enter notes and dates. We would appreciate if they could make the dashboard easier to use and the lead tracking templates more intuitive.
