Crossbar Bracket (Need to purchase carriage bolts and experiment with mounting methods)
I have a crossbar with pre-drilled holes 15" apart. After two unsuccessful attempts to secure the headlights to the mounting brackets (the bolt cannot be tightened with an Allen wrench), I had to purchase 4" carriage bolts and oversized washers to mount them to the cross member. I did the following: 1. I inserted a 4" carriage screw into the mounting hole bracket; 2. I attached the light bar to the mounting bracket 7 1/2" from the center of the light bar with a hex head screw; 3. Repeat step 2 for the other bracket 4. Installed on the steering wheel, it helped.
