Unfortunately I have already sent it back

I received this printer. But it only worked 1 day and then the screen didn't work. He had a USB problem showing the USB port could not read USB. It always had a red light on USB after entering the diagnostics option. Also when it came to getting the file from USB. It's just a blank screen. And I tried to insert a monochrome BMP file and an icon, but I got a notification. SO just got it back
