There is no perfect mop. And this one isn't perfect either. I struggled between 3 and 4 reviews for this product. There are things I really like. For example, it did a great job of dusting/wiping under furniture. Also, I'm a small woman, so I love being able to pull this thing out and make it much bigger so I can tangle in corners and the ceiling. I also thought he scrubbed the floors fairly well and left them looking clean and then put the mop in the washing machine. But it's pretty expensive for what it is. And it only comes with a mop. Also, that weird flexible grip seems like a gimmick. I made the mistake of stereotyping this product - when I saw it was made in Sweden I assumed it would have an incredible design. But actually it's not. It's a little awkward to use. And some of the items shown in the pictures do NOT come with the product, which is a little misleading. Well I think I've persuaded myself to give it a 3 but I love it. especially compared to the product I have. it has a water tank attached to the mop and is even more inconvenient to use (which I'll probably get rid of now). Good. I decided to give it 4 stars because I really think it will do a lot for me, but I have reservations about it.
