I like that the holes are partially adjustable, but when I use the guide as is, the holes fit the binder I'm using have. The top edge is much shorter than the bottom edge. This is because I can't adjust the paper guide so the paper and holes look straight. I need to remove the rubber hole catcher to evenly position the holed paper. However, this causes a mess as cut holes fall everywhere. Since there is also no adjustable guide, the paper is not completely flat. When this problem is solved, it will be easier to use and will bring me much more value. If the problem is solved with the instructions, then I give 5 points.
