Pillows were delivered quickly and exactly as ordered. I like that the pillows are adjustable in firmness by adding or removing some filling. I sleep on my stomach and have trouble finding pillows that support me but aren't too hard. The cushions are supplied already generously filled and additional filling will be provided. Great for back sleepers. In my case, it was easy to remove some of the filling to make the pillows just as firm as I prefer. I simply put the removed filler in a plastic bag with extra filler for future use if my needs change. I'll have to see how these pillows hold up over time, but so far they seem well constructed with a handy zippered cover. I've tried the more expensive, heavily advertised pillows you see on TV, but they don't offer the same level of flexibility. I like this one a lot more. I can't think of any cons at the moment. Highly recommended.
