Great printer 5 stars, poor support 3 stars

I have several of these printers at the factory. They work fine. In the last two weeks I have requested an RMA for one of these. The printer worked for 7 months, after which the network card stopped working. The factory warranty was not respected. Update August 29, 2019: I asked a Zebra sales representative how to avoid this issue and get him to honor the warranty. The Zebra representative said, "Do not buy our products from Revain.com. "I think that's great advice. I hope everyone follows it.
