I use this cutting paper to wrap meat during the smoking process. So far, after the first few hours in the smokehouse without any clothes on, I've wrapped the pork ribs and brisket to finish cooking them. Butcher paper allows the meat to breathe so the crust is preserved, but it also keeps the meat moist. My family finds that the ribs were the juiciest and had a nice crust on the outside. Highly recommend this butcher paper to smoke fanatics (or even casual smokers!). I would like a better way to dose the product compared to a regular roller, but I understand that this will likely increase the cost. Overall very satisfied and will buy when my current roll runs out.
