Four stars but for one reason only, if you turn on the water supply at full throttle the hose ruptures and water splashes everywhere! If you can handle less water pressure, you'll be fine. I use it to wash my hair in the sink and it works fine until I turn the water on full blast. There is no screw-on element at the end of the hose, which made me very happy. You simply slide the end of the hose over the end of the faucet, creating a sort of seal. Again, no leakage except when you turn the water up to full speed. This product is NOT suitable for a standard bathroom faucet. The hose fits perfectly on a regular old-fashioned faucet that has no attachments, but will not fit trendy faucets, bathtub faucets or shower heads. It fits in the shower when you remove the shower head. In my opinion the hose is not long enough to work in the shower. However, it is excellent for washing hair and withstands even the hottest water well.
