Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Monday and exactly what I wanted. I was concerned because there were so many negative reviews for so many attachments, but I really needed one and ordered this one - it was so cheap it seemed like minimal risk, and it seemed the easiest to install and use. Four stars but for one reason only, if you turn on the water supply at full throttle the hose ruptures and water splashes everywhere! If you can handle less water pressure, you'll be fine. I use it to wash my hair in the sink and it works fine until I turn the water on full blast. There is no screw-on element at the end of the hose, which made me very happy. You simply slide the end of the hose over the end of the faucet, creating a sort of seal. Again, no leakage except when you turn the water

Not the best spray wash I've ever used. I would spend a few bucks more to get a better one if I knew. What you need to know, the hose is one piece. I used to have one of these that came in 3 pieces so you could remove the atomizer if you wanted to. I use this hose to fill my entire home humidifier, so I cut off the atomizer to leave just the end of the hose.
