I needed to fix a hole in my bedroom wall. At 74, I'm not afraid of small DIY projects. This one looked easy enough and this product did the job. It took a little longer to dry than I thought, but that might be because I used more than I probably need for the first round of mesh patch coverage. After sanding and applying putty everything was fine. The reason I took off a star is because the case was about 90% open when I received it. Yes, the container was in the plastic, but when I removed the plastic I had to deal with "chunks" of dried compound falling off the outside and top of the container, as well as some wet areas. Although the item arrived much quicker than promised and served its purpose, the lid didn't hold up and I was left with a mess before I started the repair.
