The picture is excellent. The colors are clear and vibrant. Contrast is also better than other monitors I've used. However, there are a few issues: 1) The very thin frame in the photos and description is misleading. While the actual bezel is very thin, there is a wide black border on the inside. In general, the blank area around the display is actually a bit thicker than the old Acer 27-inch display I bought a few years ago. It doesn't really matter to me, but it's worth mentioning. 2) The stand is of good quality and height adjustable. But I wanted to mount the display on a swing arm on my desk. The screw hole spacing is normal, as you would expect, but for some reason the screw holes are countersunk and the supplied screws barely reach for the supplied stand, which is a very thin one bracket has. It cost me a trip to the hardware store for longer screws. 3) This is an important thing. The speakers are useless! Sound quality is good for small built-in speakers, but volume levels are pathetic. It's still quieter than a regular phone speaker at full blast. I don't want to slam windows, just listen to conference calls or training sessions, and move individual speakers away from my desk, but I can't really hear anything The sound of a fan running or other background noise. The built in speakers were one of the main reasons I chose this monitor so I'm very disappointed. If you just want a good 27" monitor, you won't be disappointed. very quiet place.
