I bought 3 of these for a home office setup and was under the impression the monitor was zero frame. The monitor has a black border approximately 3/8 inch across the top and both sides of the screen. If you place all 3 monitors next to each other, there is an even bigger black border and it's annoying. The frame on the top and sides is very thin, almost invisible, but I didn't expect a black frame on the screen. I'll keep them to myself because now that they're set up, it's not worth going back

UPDATE: Even though the manual doesn't offer a solution that would work for a dead monitor (no display, no power light), I managed to bring it back to life! The screen resolution is fantastic. The tilt/swivel function is great and looks very nice and professional. My complaint is that the screen doesn't always behave the same. Sometimes it logs me out overnight and I have to log in again. Sometimes it just closes Microsoft Word but leaves the internet browser on. Other times, after a long period of inactivity, the screen won't turn on at all, and I have to unplug and plug the HDMI cable back in.

I bought this to complement a much better Acer gaming monitor in a dual configuration. Mid-range monitor, satisfactory in every respect. I wanted to leave a comment because I read so many comments while purchasing the monitor and hopefully it will help others. I chose this monitor because of the size and it fits my budget. I needed a second monitor for work at home and I use it with a Lenovo ThinkPad (this laptop has a detachable keyboard and no output other than a DisplayPort output). I pushed this aside to keep MS Teams and Outlook always on a separate screen and it works great. My only real complaint is that the screen only rotates in one direction, so you always have the power button on the left. The base is quite large for something of this size, it's only a few inches smaller than my 42" 4K LG screen. I bought this because my old 26" monitor finally gave up after five years. This one is bigger, much brighter and clearer. I set up this monitor in landscape mode and two 27" monitors in portrait mode. It's perfect for the job.

This is a good monitor. I've had excellent service from several Acer monitors over the years. The built-in speakers are disappointing. Volume is low with very poor bass. Of course they're small, but I have a very small Ankar BT speaker that sweeps them away.

Good design. Great rotation, easy height adjustment. The image does not reach the edge of the screen, but this is not critical.

This device offers excellent picture quality. When assembling it, the two power buttons confused me and I had to find a video tutorial on this product to understand that both buttons must be on at the same time.
