Never seen before. The top 2 holes were never drilled in the casting. Pain in the ass pulling the starter and putting it back in place certainly wasn't planning on doing it twice. I didn't realize the top holes weren't drilled until I tried to install the screws. You may want to check other stocks for the same issue.
