I like that it can be used for both inbound & outboud calls, which is not something you get with other softwares. The customer service from their support team has been very helpful as they've helped me set up my account to connect all of our different contact centers together so we don't have any issues when transferring between them (which happens frequently). Sometimes there are some glitches but this seems fixable fairly quickly if notified about what's happening by someone who works at omni-cus directly rather than through an agency or outsourced IT person. We're using Omnicus primarily because its easy enough where anyone could use without needing training/experience. It also makes managing multiple call center staff much easier since each one only needs access via desktop web browser instead of having software installed locally - no more messing around trying to find files!
