Review on Brieftons Borosilicate Glass Water Bottles by Melissa Merkel

I like the size and shape of these bottles, but I've had two problems with them. I first bought these for kombucha so I need airtight lids and when I tightened the lids on the first six bottles two of them tightened and popped so they came loose again so I had to buy additional lids separately. When I was washing one of them with a bottle brush yesterday, all of a sudden the bottle brush just popped through the bottom and I found that the glass on the bottom is very thin so now I'm scared of making kombucha or something under pressure in them because I'm afraid the print might pop right out through the bottom of the bottle. Very bad quality. Not what I expected for the price. UPDATE 11/18/2021 The bottom of the second bottle came loose because it was TOO THIN! Basically DO NOT USE FOR KOMBUCHI! To be honest, they are practically useless for everything. I've added photos of the second fiasco... Thank goodness Revain has an amazing return policy and took care of it straight away.
