Review on TPx Managed Services by Doug Layman

The support team is very helpful in getting set up and trained quickly so that I could start using this solution right away! There was nothing about my experience at Tpix which would lead me not recommend them - they have been great throughout every step from implementation through training/support until now (a year later). We needed an IP phone system but wanted something more robust than what we were currently running within Cisco's ecosystem; hence why iBRIO XR500 series phones where selected along side their other products like SIP Trunking etc.. This has allowed us access into all areas of our organization without having physical presence anywhere near each others office space.
