Overall, Good product
This is the first time I've heard of and purchased this brand. Overall, the product is great; however, the adjustable bar cranks very loud when you are adjusting the height of the attachment shower head with hose. My husband says it sounds "painful" and I would have to agree. I shower really late at night, so having to make any adjustments would be difficult as I have 2 kids who are light-sleepers. Is there any way to reduce the noise of the "Click" when making the adjustments?
