Review on Mishimoto Ancillary Hose Kit for 🔴 Subaru Impreza WRX/STI 2001-2005 (Red) - MMHOSE-SUB-ANCRD by Emanuel Guffey

Good improvement over standard hoses especially when those standard hoses are old and brittle. I bought this kit because I was putting a new turbo on my 2005 Wrx Wagon 2.0 and thought I would probably break a few hoses in the process; the boy was right. Some of the original hoses just won't come off without breaking, even with a little heat from a hair dryer. Do yourself a favor and watch Mishimoto's installation video, very informative apart from the fact they only cover 8 hoses out of 9. Hose number 9, where did you go?! Well, hose number 9 is in my parts basket now. Another hose, the coolant hose that connects to the bottom of the turbocharger coolant reservoir, also didn't fit. Only the diameter is too small. So I was able to use about 78% of the hoses that came with it and found a product rating of 60% deserved. Oh, and collars. Yes, don't worry, most of the supplied clamps don't fit and are still difficult to use. I could either reuse my stock clamps or have a few spares that would work. Unless you have as much junk in your garage as I do, you'll probably want to buy some new clips before you start the project.
