It has many features that are easy to use, such as tracking employee hours of employment through an application or mobile device via GPS/G2P services by adding them into our system at time they leave their shift for instance! I dislike some aspects about it is cost associated with using this product over others but overall its very flexible once you get used to all functions available within program (easy learning curve). We track employees' work schedule remotely which gives real-time information when someone may be getting off from his assigned area allowing me easily coordinate my team's efforts if one person should go out sick etc., I like that we have been able to create reports to show our clients what work is being done and where it is happening. We can also track and measure our productivity through the day so we know how efficient we are. It is not as robust as some other programs, but it has enough features for our purposes. We use this program to track work orders, send out daily reports showing who is working at what site, the status of each job, and more.
