Review on Enhanced Night Vision 3.6mm Wide Angle Car Rear View Reversing Backup Camera by Jeff Hall

Before installing the camera I tried it out in daylight and it seemed to work fine. Some colors were distorted in bright light, but I assume this is normal on a CMOS camera. After installation, I used it at night and the LEDs did not light up. I installed it after Revain's 30 day return policy, so I contacted the seller (Loftek) for a warranty return. Since the seller didn't have a replacement, they credited my account for both the cost of the camera and the return shipping. My thanks to the seller. Based on my experience and other reviews (half good, half bad), you are taking a risk if you order this camera. Update: Replaced this camera with a TaoTronics TT-CC06 for about the same price. I've only been using the TT-CC06 for a few days, but I can say that the colors are more lifelike in daylight with the TT-CC06 and the viewing angle is wider. It delivers a grainy but reasonable picture at night using only the car's reversing lights. So far I'm happy with the TT-CC06; I hope he will continue to work in this spirit.
