UPDATE: I'm updating this review to clarify that Sojitek sent me two replacement plugs! I contacted TeraPump and they are useless as others have said. BUT. Sojitek solved the problem by sending me parts that couldn't be found (while TeraPump said "Try HomeDepot"). So while I would give the pump itself 5 stars if the parts lasted longer than my 7 months, I had to give it 1 star because a key connector broke (both my pumps are less than 1 year old) and I didn't could replace you. . Now that I have two new plugs in my hands, thanks to Sojitek, the pump gets 5* again. ****************************************** PREVIOUS REVIEW I LEFT A FEW WEEKS AGO: After 7 months of using TWO such pumps, I can definitely agree with the other reviewers who called the SILICONE JOINT a serious design flaw. Both pumps broke on me. The worst thing isn't that it broke, it's that TeraPump doesn't help. They will direct you to "your local hardware store such as Home Depot". For real? Home Depot will be selling this special food grade silicone joint that we can add to our drinking water? Would TeraPump really offer that much to ship those small parts to customers who can confirm they've bought one of their (not cheap) pumps in the past? Tip - DO NOT buy this ADJUSTABLE pump that fits different bottles. You don't need this silicone plug! You need a pump that is designed for your bottle size and has no connector.
