Review on KOHLER GENUINE 1069722 Toilet Flush by Alex Romero

It was 1.6 GPF as expected. Some other reviews said they got 1.28. So check the part number and look for "1.6 GPF" on the canister. The old 3 inch nut is difficult to remove without the right tool. I had a large channel lock pliers so it was easy for me. Installation was quick and easy until I tried connecting the hose from the fill to the flush. Improved connector on the flush valve Hose sometimes popped out of the old one The old plastic hose, which had hardened a bit from time to time, didn't slip over the connector on the new flush valve and I was afraid the connector would break if I pushed too hard. Therefore, I also recommend buying a replacement hose. I got some vinyl tubes from Home Depot - 3/16 ID 5/16 OD and they worked fine instead. I checked a few things with Kohler customer service. over the phone and they were great - way better than the usual phone customer support these days.
