I bought this to wrap around my 16" steel bed frame. I have a 12 inch memory foam mattress without a box spring. I like to turn my mattress over so it wears evenly and as a single 57 year old elderly woman it was impossible to turn my mattress over with a regular bed curtain. I now have a skirt around a steel bed frame and can flip my mattress without ruining the skirt! It is easy to wash, no need to iron, easy to adjust according to the size of the bed (adjustable), easy to install. I love it so much that I bought another one for my guest bed (mattress and box spring). Works great with both settings! I highly recommend! Simply measure from where you will place it on the bed and on the floor to get the correct drop length.
