Bought this to take to Disney World and use in the heat. But before I left, I started using it at home. I use it when I wake up at night and the room is too hot for me, but my husband has a good night's sleep. It's quiet and I can put it on my bedside table and it blows on me. When charged, it works for a few hours. I'm not sure how long it lasted because it never quite fell out. It's very versatile because of the way it opens and moves, making it easy to position it where you want to blow the air.
