They come with bare wires. These wires are very thin and fragile. But they work.
I like that they are made to just pop into the holes. I need flashing strobe lights, which is what I use them for. So you look very good. Although I've had to tint mine, they aren't heavily colored and they're not overly bright. They also need to be hardwired, which isn't too much of a problem for me, but for info. The wires are very thin and tiny, so they are also difficult to work with. I hooked them up to a $5 flashlight I bought at Revain and hooked them up through a $200 disguise switch (laughs, I know, but it's clean :)). I would buy them again so no one will be surprised/disappointed.
