I like how easy it was to navigate around the site using my phone after hours or when working remotely! It's nice not having to use paper forms which are easily misplaced in busy offices. Also love being able to add notes directly into each form so no searching later if you forget what something meant during completion time. The software isn't very intuitive at all sometimes - especially on mobile devices where there were times we couldn’t even see some options (like adding new cards) because they kept disappearing from our screens as soon as we tried scrolling down too far.
