I like how easy it was to use once we got our account up and running. We are able to pull in data from all over with ease! The software allows us to easily add new locations or make changes if needed without having to go back into each individual site's system (which can be very time consuming). I like the way it shows you where your business stands in terms of goals and objectives. It's very user friendly and helps you stay organized. There are some things I wish could be done more efficiently such as creating projects, tasks, and sub-projects. I also do not particularly like how it keeps asking me questions when I am using it. I like how easy it was to navigate around the site using my phone after hours or when working remotely! It's nice not having to use paper forms which are easily misplaced in busy offices. Also love being able to add notes directly into each form so no searching later if you forget what something meant during completion time. I like how easy it was to get my data in and out of this program, as well as being able to pull up historical reports when needed. The reporting options are limited compared to competitors products. I would also have liked more robust charting capabilities (e.g., ability to add multiple charts at once). The tool has been used in our organization as part of continuous delivery process which helps us measure user experience from end users perspective along side product metrics (such as number or success rate). At present it does not provide any customization options beyond what we have currently enabled within its default configuration.
