I like that they are able resolve any issues with my customers quickly, even if it's during off hours or weekends! The customer support is great too - we always feel heard when talking through an issue via chat/phone call. Sometimes you have your hands tied by having only one person available at night (or weekend) so being able to talk directly to someone who can help immediately would be nice sometimes but not really something i dislike about this system as much as others do :) We've been using them since day 1 of launching our business over 2 years ago now & haven't had anything bad come up yet either ;).
