I like that moneypennys customer care team is always helpful, friendly & professional! The system has been easy to use since we started using it in 2016 (we've had many different systems over our 20+ year history). The customer facing side of our business, as I’m sure you know it can be rather daunting at times! The interface is very easy to use, I like how you can see exactly what you are saying in real time. It's not possible to create groups of contacts or send mass emails. There are other options out there that do this. If you want to be able to email multiple people at once, or if you have to send many emails then look elsewhere.
