The customer facing side of our business, as I’m sure you know it can be rather daunting at times! However this team have been great to work alongside in their own timezone (and sometimes ours) providing us real-time responses when we need them most - no matter what day or hour that may happen to fall within working hours here :) Would love if they could provide more dedicated staff during peak periods but overall very happy so far :). The best thing about moneypenny is the support they provide, the agents are really friendly and always on hand when you need them. Sometimes the live chat doesn't always work and you have to keep trying, it can be frustrating. I would recommend moneypenny to anyone who's looking for a cost effective call centre solution. I'm solving the issue of not having enough staff to manage inbound calls.
