The interface is very easy to use, I like how you can see exactly what you are saying in real time. It's not possible to create groups of contacts or send mass emails. There are other options out there that do this. If you want to be able to email multiple people at once, or if you have to send many emails then look elsewhere. We need to set up multiple automated campaigns which we were unable to do using this app. Also, it was difficult to switch between campaigns. Sending out mass emails for company events.
